Follow these steps:

  1. Choose the activity of your interest, select the number of passengers, and the date you want to do it.
  2. Enter your contact information: email and phone number. Confirm the reservation.
  3. Do the online payment by the method of your preference (you will have the option of a partial payment to pay the rest in our office), once the payment is confirm, you will receive an email with the voucher.
Your booking will be confirm at the moment you finish the payment and you get the confirmation email. In case you have made a partial payment we will confirm a booking request and the status will change to booking confirmed at the moment you finish the total payment in our office in Bariloche.
Some times for last minute reservation our webpage can show you that information, this is because we need to do the arrangement for the excursion in advance, in this case we recommend you to call us to see if there is some places available for the activity you want to do.
To make any changes on your reservation is very important to contact customer services, our staff will try everything to accomplish your request. Changes are just possible with 24 hs. in advance.

All the excursions are generally performed in Spanish, most of the tourist guides speak other languages, but this doesn’t happen in all cases. The staff will do their best to ensure that the whole group understands the guiding, speaking paused and clear. If you have any special request about the guiding language we invite you to contact our customer service staff, sometimes it is possible to have a bilingual guide paying an extra charge.

For large groups we recommend to contact the customer service staff to arrange all the group needs.

To confirm your reservation you can make your payment by bank transfer or deposit (just allowed between Argentinian accounts), credit or debit card, PayPal or Mercado Pago, or in cash in one of our offices located in Bariloche (for this last option is necessary to make a down payment on our web page).

Generally we will pick you up from your accommodation, but there’s some cases when this is not possible (accommodation is in a difficult access for our vehicles or outside the established pick up radius), for that reason we will ask you where your accommodation is, to coordinate the nearest meeting point, sometimes it could be the place you are staying.

When you make a reservation you get a voucher where you can find the pickup schedule at the meeting point, this schedule is approximately +/- 15 min, this is because the vehicles can transport up to 20 passengers with different meeting points and is not possible o pick up everybody at the same time. If waiting time is exceeded we ask you to call us so we can verify where the transfer is.

All rates are per person unless otherwise is mentioned in the activity or package.

Excursions rates doesn’t include National Park entrance fee or boarding fee in case of lake excursions. These fees must to be paid during the excursion when is required.
